New Scheme for First-Time Home Buyers in Dubai

First-Time Home Buyer Programme in Dubai

Officially launched on Wednesday, July 2, the initiative supports first-time buyers in Dubai by giving them direct access to property developers and mortgage providers. It’s part of the emirate’s Real Estate Strategy 2033, which aims to increase home ownership rates and double the real estate sector’s contribution to Dubai’s GDP.

Leading developers such as Emaar Properties, Nakheel, DAMAC, Meraas, Majid Al Futtaim, and Dubai Properties have already joined the programme. These developers will provide:

  • Priority access to units in new off-plan launches
  • Preferential pricing on homes valued up to AED 5 million
  • Enhanced terms for first-time property buyers

This makes it easier for expats to buy property in Dubai under favorable conditions.

Participating banks include:

  • Commercial Bank of Dubai
